Lola Pashalinski is a performer and an original member of Charles Ludlam’s Ridiculous Theatrical Company, where she performed for many years. Pashalinski has also performed at various other Off-Broadway theatres including: Playwrights Horizons, the Delacorte Theater, The Public Theater, Signature Theatre, and Theatre for the New City. Lola Pashalinski was born and raised in Brooklyn before moving to Queens during her high school years. She went on to attend Queens College. Pashalinski first became involved with the Ridiculous Theatrical Company as a script girl, but ended up stepping into the role of a singing nun in THE LIFE OF LADY GODIVA when a performer did not show up. From then on, she performed in many productions with the company until 1979. Many of these productions performed in New York at various theaters and also toured through Europe. Pashalinski and her partner also developed and performed in GERTRUDE AND ALICE: A LIKENESS TO LOVING at Signature Theatre under the direction of Anne Bogart. For Lola’s work, she has received two OBIE Awards for CORN and DER RING GOTT FARBLONJET. She also performed on Broadway in Fortune’s Fool at the Music Box Theatre in 2002. Pashalinski has appeared in several films including I Shot Andy Warhol (1996), Godzilla (1998), K-Pax (2001), The Private Lives of Pippa Lee (2010), All Good Things (2010)and Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close (2011).
